Anti-Oxidants:

Pycnogenol® - an extract of the bark of the French maritime pine tree contains monomeric bioflavonoids as catechin, taxifolin and various fruit acids. It acts as an exceptional anti-oxidant, so powerful it protects Vitamin E from oxidation and recycles oxidised Vitamin C to extend its bioactivity. Through its affinity to collagen and elastin, Pycnogenol® shields these from destruction by free radicals and degradative enzymes. Pycnogenol® also acts as an anti-inflammatory and improves the microcirculation of tiny skin capillaries.
